Ingredients

16 oz can of chickpeas or 1 cup cooked (drained and rinsed)

sprigs of green onion

chopped cilantro
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
cumin powder

tsp
olive oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Finely slice the green onion and cilantro
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Enjoy right away or place in the fridge to allow the flavors to meld together.
