Large whiting fish (Approx 3lbs) cut into 1½ inch sized pieces

Seasoned salt

Cloves of garlic

Green pepper sliced (julianned)

Can of diced tomatoes

Tomato paste

Stock cube

Habenero
add more if desired
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in saucepan.
Season fish with seasoned salt and fry in oil until golden brown, set aside.
Chop and blend 1/2 of the onion, garlic, and ginger and fry in reserved oil for 5-7 minutes
Add tomato paste and fry for about a minute.
Blend diced tomatoes until slightly crushed.
Crumble and add stock cube and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes .
Add the fried fish. Slice the other half of the onion lengthwise and add to stew along with the green pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
