Method
- Cut potatoes in half and boil along with egg until tender in salted water
- Drain and cool potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

- In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish together. Taste for seasoning and add salt and add sugar if the relish is too tart.

- Dice onions and peeled egg and mix in the mayo mixture
- Add potatoes into the mayo mixture

- Garnish with mixed herbs and enjoy!
