Medium russet Potatoes

Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Instructions
Cut potatoes in half and boil along with egg until tender in salted water
Drain and cool potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish together. Taste for seasoning and add salt and add sugar if the relish is too tart.
Dice onions and peeled egg and mix in the mayo mixture
Add potatoes into the mayo mixture
Garnish with mixed herbs and enjoy!
